Chepelare is one of Bulgaria’s best skiing areas, occupying the tiny valley at the very center of the Rodoppi Mountain. The town here is pretty scenic, with the Chepelare River cutting right through it. Chepelare is located about two hundred and twenty two kilo meters away from Sofia, and about seventy two kilo meters from Plovdiv.
Chepelare is located just ten kilo meters from Pamporovo Resort, another famous ski resort in Bulgaria. Chepelare is a scenic mountain village with all the charms of nature – from the deep snow slopes, green meadows, mountain springs, venerable fir trees and a great number of other elements.
